Event Design & DecorFor wedding and non-wedding events, I offer event styling services designed to bring your vision together and create a beautiful, cohesive space. Packages can include access to my décor inventory, linens, place settings, simple floral centerpieces, a draped backdrop, and additional décor elements based on your event.
Packages are available for different guest counts, with optional upgrades and enhancements available to further customize your celebration. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your event size, style, and vision to determine the package and setup that best fits your needs.

THE CHRIS
NO travel fee
Unless venue is located outside of Harris and/or Montgomery County
$75 travel fee (flat)
Access to Events By Viyakool’s décor inventory
Also, includes polyester table linens, polyester or cheesecloth napkins, charger plates, high-quality plastic silverware, and high-quality plastic water goblets
For real silverware and glass water goblets is an up-charge $2/pp
Fabric choices for tablecloths other than polyester is an up-charge of $10/per table
Silk, satin, taffeta, textured (pin-tuck, pleated, etc.), or patterned
Fabric choices for napkins other than polyester/cheesecloth is an up-charge of $6/pp
Silk, satin, taffeta, textured (pin-tuck, pleated, etc.), or patterned
Simple floral centerpieces (silk flowers) and/or individual real flower stems in bud vases
Welcome mirror signage
Menu or Thank You place card for each table setting
One draped backdrop or arch backdrop w/balloons
Adding flowers and/or chandeliers is an up-charge to the draped backdrop;
Add $100 for flowers or (1) chandelier
Add $200 for flowers and (1) chandelier
Add $300 for flowers and (2) chandeliers
Investment: $800 for up to 100 guests
