My wedding coordination services are designed to step in as your day approaches, finalize the details, coordinate with your vendors, create your timeline, and manage your wedding day so you can focus on celebrating.
I offer Wedding Day Coordination as well as Wedding Coordination, Event Styling & Décor for couples looking for additional support with setup and styling. During your consultation, we’ll go over everything you’ve planned, where you need support, and the details of each option to determine which service best fits your wedding.
NO travel fee
Unless venue is located outside of Harris and/or Montgomery County and if ceremony and reception are at two different locations.
$75 travel fee (flat)
Client does all the planning.
I come in 30-days out from the wedding date to assist with the finalization of the wedding details.
Detailed timeline creation in collaboration with clients.
Main point-of-contact with client’s vendors
Unlimited correspondence with clients.
Rehearsal practice (if applicable)
Wedding day management
Set up, clean up, and breakdown at the end of the event.
